Contribution paths

1. Submit RFC proposals.
2. Review technical architecture.
3. Implement relay, trust, memory or audit modules.
4. Join the production federation after acceptance of governance and human sovereignty rules.
5. Publish comments through Federated Review format.

Licensing

Recommended: Apache-2.0 for code, CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-SA 4.0 for reports/RFC documentation, separate protection of name and marks.

Non-exclusivity

Open collaboration does not transfer exclusive ownership of the initiative, name, reports, memory anchors, RFC baseline or governance record to any contributor.
