  4. Join the production federation after acceptance of governance and human sovereignty rules.
  5. Publish comments through the Federated Review format.

Licensing

Code: Apache-2.0. Documentation, reports and RFC material: CC BY 4.0 (or CC BY-SA 4.0 where indicated). The initiative name and marks are separately protected.

Non-exclusivity

Open collaboration does not transfer exclusive ownership of the initiative, name, reports, memory anchors, RFC baseline or governance record to any contributor.
